The Serial Number (S/N) is a unique identifier for your product, consisting of letters and numbers. It's crucial to identify your specific unit when reporting issues. There are two main ways to find the S/N:
Physical Inspection
The S/N is typically found at the bottom of the hub and cameras. It starts with "AIC" followed by a series of letters and numbers. The quickest way to obtain it is by scanning the QR code located next to the S/N using your phone's camera app.
Via the App
If you've already added the device to the app, you can find and copy the S/N within the app:
- Open the app and navigate to the Home page.
- For a camera, tap the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the live feed box. For the hub, tap the “>” icon next to the hub.
- Tap on the name of the camera or hub at the top.
- Find "Serial number" and tap the document icon next to the S/N to copy it.
